Laborers’ Local 1104 covers construction work Ste Genevieve, St Francois, Perry, Madison, Iron, Reynolds, Carter, Wayne, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Scott, Stoddard, Butler, Ripley, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot and Dunklin Counties in Missouri. LIUNA Local 1104 was formed on April 5, 1985 and is an affiliate of LIUNA—the Laborers’ International Union of North America—the most progressive, aggressive and fastest-growing union of construction workers.

Local 1104 has grown to over 320 members.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm .

Sign-up day is the first Wednesday of the month at 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Union Meetings are the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm
